Vedic Values

One vedic value and probably the most important in our modern world today is to be connected to nature at the level of the heart.

From the vedic point of view, the answers to everything are only waiting to be discovered in our very own hearts.

Ayurveda & Yoga

The easiest way to understand the Vedic Yoga is to get familiar with the three biological humors (Doshas) Vata, Pitta and Kapha. Vata is the biological counterpart of the vedic deity Indra; Pitta is the biological counterpart of the vedic deity Agni; Kapha is the biological counterpart of the vedic deity Soma. After becoming familiar with the ayurvedic basics one should learn how to work with the corresponding Vayu, Agni and Soma as taught in Hatha Yoga.

Mantra, Pranayama & Yoga

Mantra, Pranayama & Meditation helps awaken the vedic deities within ourselves. First we start with mentally repeating Agni related Mantras along with the breath and meditating on the Mantras. As the practice goes deeper we move on to Indra and Soma.

Why Vedic Yoga

Vedic Yoga has many answers to our situation today.

A lot if not all our efforts today feed levels of our being which do not have the capability to live a life in harmony - both internally and externally.

Regular Vedic Rituals

Daily fire offerings (Agni Hotra or also Homa), making offerings to Mother Earth, worshipping Divine Powers, making reverences to the great forces of the Sun and Moon, making reverences to the great forces wind, fire and water, making offerings to ancestors, fellow human beings and animals.
